Roses Are Red offered beginners an inside look at the world of natural dye. Led by Liz Mortesen, founder of Laila Textiles, this workshop walked participants through the history of natural dye and explored the process of bundle dying. Attendees worked with cochineal, marigolds and more, to create their own, one-of-a-kind silk scarf.
