All online orders are packed by our designers and directly shipped to you.

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description. A flat rate shipping fee of $5 is applied to each order, plus $1 per item.

We currently only ship within the United States. If you are interested in placing an international order, please email support@thebutterflyclub.co and we will do our best to accommodate.

RETURNS

If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to support@thebutterflyclub.co to discuss the possibility of a return.

All return requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your item. Returns will only be reviewed if the incorrect item was sent or if the item is damaged. Returns are otherwise not guaranteed.
